FAQ
Will need to install the battery in accordance with the requirements for correct polarity emissions in place, messenger wire way neatly adjust to ensure that all cells in a horizontal direction. Then connect copper platoon or connect the cable to the top of the two adjacent terminals is put one by one, insert the connecting bolts, wear the nut by hand (copper platoon connection).Inspect all bore copper platoon and terminal location whether appropriate, necessary exchange copper platoon or mend the hole on the copper platoon position, ensure that after the bolt fastening may not produce stress for the column. Then use the torque wrench bolts to the required torque value one by one.
In the connection operation, be sure to use with the insulation protection of tools; Don't put the instrument or any metal objects on the top of the battery, in case of short circuit damage battery. Pay attention to keep 1 cm between each battery monomer space for heat dissipation, also is each section battery around 1 cm gap, heat dissipation, otherwise it's easy to have a hot while charging out of control and lead to battery fire.
